Private Tastings are chef-hosted evenings held in a private DTLA location.
Guests are guided through a progression of steak-focused courses, with the chef preparing, explaining, and sharing stories throughout the night.
Each tasting is intentionally intimate and designed to unfold at the pace of conversation.
Evenings are intentionally small and unfold over the course of approximately two to two and a half hours.
Guests are seated communally or in small groups, with the chef preparing each course in front of the table and introducing the cuts, techniques, and progression as the night moves forward.
Conversation is encouraged. Questions are welcomed. The experience is meant to feel personal, relaxed, and quietly memorable.
How It Works
Private Tastings are hosted weekly during select seasons and are scheduled by request.
Each evening is designed for a limited number of guests and may be seated communally or reserved privately, depending on group size and availability.
Group size: From 2 guests to full private buyouts
Pricing: Typically $125–150 per guest
Duration: Approximately 2–2.5 hours
Location: Downtown Los Angeles (shared privately after confirmation)
Wine: Optional pairings may be available for select dates
Because of the private nature of the experience, details are confirmed personally once a request is approved.
