Korean Private Chef John Bach

Executive Chef and Founder John Bach migrated from South Korea in 1990. After over 20 successful years as a professional drummer for some of your favorite singers and musicians, Bach applied his passion for creativity from the stage to the dining table. With his family’s centuries-old recipe book and creative know-how, Chef John Bach has brought an elevated Korean dining experience to countless homes and events in Los Angeles and New York to Spain and the French Riviera. 

He founded his company in 2020 when it became apparent that Los Angeles needed a catering service that brings authentic Korean Barbecue experience beyond the borders of Koreatown to the rest of Los Angeles and Southern California from Beverly Hills and Malibu to Riverside and Orange County. 

The increasing global popularity of Korean BBQ and Korean culture created a new demand for an upscale catering service that offers an elevated KBBQ experience to a mainstream audience. John aspired to fill that niche creating his new business not just as a catering service, but as a cultural revelation that complements evolving culinary preferences.
